An Unnatural Choice is a compelling look into how one decision can change your entire life. Mary’s book captures you from the first page and takes you through a myriad of emotions. She eloquently sheds a light on the burden so many women carry with them. A must read!

  2. Amanda Harvey

When I got this book, I really wasn’t sure whether I would enjoy it. It is not a subject that I had ever thought much about. However, from the very first page I was hooked. I feel like I was taken back to my own child and early adulthood, as I myself was born in 1963. The book made me feel like I had been invited into Mary’s life. This was a time of huge stress and constant change for her. Her incredible writing style made me feel privileged to share her story. She makes you feel that you as the reader, are someone special. But the thing that stands out most within the pages of this book, is the tremendous and constant love in Mary’s heart, her courage and optimistic zest for life. An absolute must read.
